I wrote this post exactly three years ago, and offered with it a free download for helping self-employed people do annual reviews and goal setting. I’ve had a fantastic response, and have decided to update the spreadsheet (since the old one ended in 2015), and post it here for free, for you!
I can’t stress enough how important it is for you to document your processes, your successes and failures. How else are you supposed to know what’s working and what’s not? How else are you supposed to know where your business plan stands, if you don’t set, track, and attempt to attain measurable goals?
Make sure you go back and read that post after you’ve downloaded your free spreadsheet file, and use it to take charge of your business this year and for years to come! I’ll be posting a few more things this week about the new year, and how I don’t do resolutions, and so on… but for now, I just wanted to keep it short and sweet and send this one out to you!
